Fettuccine alfredo is a pasta dish made from fettuccine pasta tossed with parmesan cheese and butter.

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 table spoons cream cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine butter,cream cheese and heavy cream in a sauce pan.
- Simmer until melted and mixed well.
- Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- Simmer this for 15-20 minutes on low.You can add milk to make it out of too thick.
- Pour over fettuccine.
