Sulaimani

I'm always heard of the name sulaimani, because I'm a resident of Kerala. yet i don't know how to prepare it .
yesterday one of my  friend explained  how to prepare it.I like to share that knowledge with you.

we are going prepare two cup of tea. (made with  love . LOL)

Ingredients
cinnamon - a single piece.
lemon - 1 number.
sugar
water -2 cup
tea  - (powder)

preparation
Boil two cup of water. before water start boiling add cinnamon into it.
Add tea into it . now it will turn red in color.Then add lemon juice to it. rest thing remaing is sugar i love sugar so most case I add more.


serve with love. :-)

Mutta thoran in bachelors style

Ingredients
  • Coconut oil - 2 table spoon (2tbs)
  • Mustard -1 tea spoon (tsp)
  • Red chillies -5
  • Curry leaf -1 or 2
  • Big Onion -3
  • Tomato  - 1
  • Green chili -4
  • pepper powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1tsp
  • EGG - 5
  • Garlic -(chop) 1 tbs
  • Ginger -(paste) 1tbs

Preparation
  1. Chop Big Onion,Tomato  and green chilli
  2. Prepare pan using Coconut oil and allow to warm it.
  3.  Add mustard to it when pan is hot (may it pop up like water on hot oil , don't panic ).
  4. Add curry leaves and chopped red chiles.
  5. Then add ginger paste,chopped big onions and green chilli. saute it (until it turns brownish in color).
  6. Then add chopped tomato into it. saute again (continue 2 min)
  7. Add pepper powder and turmeric powder. now add salt for taste.
  8. Reduce flame
  9. Add egg one by one to into it. (make sure you break off the shell :-) )
  10. keep stirring until it dry.
  11. Now you got taste Mutta thoran. Serve it hot.

Kochin style biriyani - recipe by Rinky



[note: this recipe is made by my friend Rinky she is an excellent cook.hope you all like this]

  1. Boil water in a basin, for fragrance add cinnamon to it.
  2. After boiling add basmati rice and salt(a tea spoon) into it, you can add a lemon juice to it ,that make the nice not sticky.
  3. Separate rice into a new plate.
  4. Fry chicken after mixing with chilly powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder,chicken masala, and a little lemon juice.
  5. Chop the following items- Onion(big),green chilly,garlic,ginger,
  6. Prepare a paste of ginger,green chilly and garlic.
  7. Warm fry pan with coconut oil.
  8. Saute the following -big onion,garlic,green chilly,ginger
  9. Then add chilly powder,turmeric powder and chicken masala and salt mixed it properly. after that mix fried chicken pieces with it. wait for some times to make all masala properly settled in the piece.
  10. Use some ghee to cover a big basin then add spread boiled rice over it.spread coriander leaves over it (use chops).now spread chicken pieces over it.then again add rice over it. make sure all are pressed tight. cover it and allowed into heat after 10 min .Turn off flame and serve in hot.

A trick to make a heart shaped boild eggs.




Collect : a pair of rubber bands, chopstick or neat unused pencil and hard paper piece (drawing sheet or something.)

Steps
  1. Boil egg and remove shell
  2. Do step 2 in the picture. fold hard paper into V-shape and put egg inside it, on the top of egg place pencil/chop stick
  3. Tie paper and stick together using rubber band just like in the step3 in the image.
  4. Keep that way in a five minute . now remove carefully bands and chop stick.
  5. Cut egg perpendicular to the press mark. (just to ensure the love shape . that's all .)
  6. Now you got love of egg.
