Ingredients
- Coconut oil - 2 table spoon (2tbs)
- Mustard -1 tea spoon (tsp)
- Red chillies -5
- Curry leaf -1 or 2
- Big Onion -3
- Tomato - 1
- Green chili -4
- pepper powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1tsp
- EGG - 5
- Garlic -(chop) 1 tbs
- Ginger -(paste) 1tbs
Preparation
- Chop Big Onion,Tomato and green chilli
- Prepare pan using Coconut oil and allow to warm it.
- Add mustard to it when pan is hot (may it pop up like water on hot oil , don't panic ).
- Add curry leaves and chopped red chiles.
- Then add ginger paste,chopped big onions and green chilli. saute it (until it turns brownish in color).
- Then add chopped tomato into it. saute again (continue 2 min)
- Add pepper powder and turmeric powder. now add salt for taste.
- Reduce flame
- Add egg one by one to into it. (make sure you break off the shell :-) )
- keep stirring until it dry.
- Now you got taste Mutta thoran. Serve it hot.
