carrot in brine ( carrot uppilittath )

This recipe suggested by Sarika S



Today, at the time of lunch my colleague showed me a special type of cuisine called - carrot in brine. 
It tastes salt and sour the same time little spicy too. Really awesome taste . Then she explained how to made it.The preparation is simple so here is it,

We need
  • carrots - 500g
  • water -3 cups
  • green chilly -100 gm
  • vinegar - 2 tbs
  • salt -3 tbs
Preparation
  1. first boil the water and allow it to cool. make sure we have enough water for preparation.
  2. pour it into a container- ( a jar or something that we can cover )
  3. cut the carrot in a horizontal manner. clean it.
  4. cut the green chilly in the same manner.
  5. mix salt in prepared water add vinegar to it. 
  6. now add green chilly and carrot into it.
Last step.
cover the container and keep it stored for a week. After one week its ready for consume.

  3. After one week , pour the contents out to the waste bin and clean the container for future use..
