Kerala Sadhya arrangement

Hi,

Here in kerala , we are about to celebrate the festival of flowers called Onam.It's a ten day festival. Tenth day is called Thiruvonam.

Lunch at Thiruvonam day is very important for malayalies. The preparation and arrangement of sadhya is very important.Its a course meal. everything has its own position and time. sadhya served in banana leaf.

Most of people have confused with cuisine positions in sadhya.
