Angostura bitter

Angostura bitter or angostura is a concentrated bitter most often used to flavor beverages also it is used to flavor food very rarely.Actually it is a mixture of water,alcohol,herbs and spices.The importance of angostura bitter is that it is a key ingredient for many cocktails.

These bitters were first produced from a town in Venezuela known as Angostura,hence it is termed as Angostura bitter.
