Protein as a caloric burner and fat releaser..

Protein is a macronutrient.According to a 2002 study from Arizona state University, protein increases satiety(satisfaction and feeling of fullness) and also increases after-meal calorie burn.In other words, eating protein- rich meals, rather than carbohydrate ones, leads to more satisfaction, less hunger and more fat burn.
